Send a drawing and your volumes. We tell you whether Bulgarian manufacturers can make it, roughly what it is likely to cost, and whether it is worth going further. No charge and no obligation.
Sourcing projectEUR 2,000
Requirement review, supplier search, factory visits with a written report on each, quotes collected on one comparable basis, and a recommendation. EUR 300 on signature, EUR 1,700 when the shortlist and quotes are delivered.
Success fee0.5%, capped at EUR 2,500
Charged on the value of the first order you place with a manufacturer we introduce, within twelve months of the introduction. Repeat orders carry no fee.
Transport coordinationEUR 200
We arrange the carrier and the paperwork. The carrier contracts with you and invoices you directly, so the freight cost stays between you and them.

If no manufacturer meeting the agreed specification will quote, we hand over what we found in writing and return the deposit.

Fees are quoted in euro, net of any tax that applies, payable within 14 days. The manufacturer invoices you separately for the goods.

An Independent Sourcing Desk

Istros Sourcing Partners is an independent sourcing desk based in Sofia. We work a small number of buyer requirements at a time, factory by factory, and we put our own eyes on a plant before we recommend it.

Our fee is paid by the buyer. It is a fixed amount agreed in writing before work starts, so a manufacturer's quote reaches you exactly as they gave it. We take no commission from suppliers, which means declining a factory costs us nothing. We name the manufacturer before you commit to anything, and the origin on the paperwork is the origin.

The manufacturer invoices you directly and remains your contractual supplier. Title passes from them to you. Our work is the sourcing itself: finding the supplier, visiting them before we recommend them, and managing the process on your side of it.
